This elegant white wine from Italy is made from Chardonnay and Garganega grapes. After harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain freshness. After fermentation the wine is left on the lees for a few months, to extract maximum flavour.
Straw yellow in colour with emerald highlights this wine has an intense yet delicate bouquet. Wonderfully crisp and clean. Great on its own or with fish or light, white meat dishes.
