From the Casablanca valley, this wine is a bright red ruby colour with purple and violet highlights. There is great aromatic intensity on the nose, where black and red fruit aromas combine with soft spicy and toasted notes from its aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate, it is fresh, round, full and well-structured with notes of raspberry, strawberries, violets and dark cherry. This wine is smooth and elegant with a rich, long satisfying finish.
 
Eloisa means "the chosen one" and was created to celebrate the ninth generation of the del Pedregal family. 
 
Pair with roast lamb, lighter game and soft cheese.
