Bright straw yellow colour with greenish hues, this wine has intense aromas of white fruits (apple, pear) with topical notes of pineapple and slight herbal fennel tones.
The palate is vibrant and fresh, fruity and well balanced, with a slight final orange zest bitterness, characteristic of the Verdejo variety.
The ageing on lees gives great structure and persistence, leaving a lingering, pleasant aftertaste on the palate.
Pair with white meats or seafood.
