Made from a blend that consists 60% Chardonnay, 40% Bombino Bianco, picked from vineyards north of Bari, this wine is fermented at low temperature in stainles steel. Further maturation in stainles steel for 1 to 2 months produces a wine straw yellow in colour with greenish and golden reflections.
It is fresh and intense on the nose with hints of tropical fruit and citrus. An elegant and well-balanced wine with a clear impression of freshness and light aromatic notes.
Pair with fish dishes, vegetables, white meats and fresh cheeses.
