Bright Ruby in colour, this 100% Shiraz stays true to the variety. Controlled fermentaiton temperature and barrel ageing of 20% of the wine, has allowed the wine maker to produce this beautifully aromatic wine. Notes of black cherry, white pepper and menthol greet the nose.
On the palate it is soft, smooth and very drinkable! The fruit is plum, cherry and blackcurrant mingled with a cola savoriness and a white pepper finish.
Pair with spiced lamb, BBQ or cheeses.
