This 100% Albarino, from Rias Baixas is a golden colour with a floral, fresh and fruity nose of of pear, peach and melon and slightly saline note. On the palate it is fresh, slightly rounded but elegant, the pear and peach notes following through, balanced by a citrus acidity core. The finish is long, slightly richer but with a steely note leaving a refreshed, clean palate. Pair with fish and seafood, risotto or cream cheese.
