Produced from a lees aged wine, made with local grape varieties including Albarino, this stunning white vermouth is macerated using 28 wild botanicals and enhanced with Padron peppers.
 
Pale yellow  in colour with greenish highlights, there are prominent aromas of very fresh citrus, herbs and white flowers. 
 
The palate is very fresh, structured and balanced,  with a well-defined volume, powerful acidity and pleasant smoothness. Smooth herbal notes are blended with richness, citrus notes, capsicum and a very gentle spice.
 
Superb served over ice with a splash of tonic.
