A rich, smokey red from the Simonsig estate in the Stellenbosch wine producing region. Blackcurranty Cabernet Sauvignon is balanced by dark, spicy Shiraz to give a gutsy, full-bodied, characterful wine.
Full fruit on the nose with spicy notes. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, with ripe black fruits, warm spice and smokey oak notes.
Match with char-grilled red meats, sausages and burgers.
