Chile has a fantastic climate for the production of wine; long hours of sun, cooling ocean breezes and valleys with microclimates.  The Sauvignon Blanc from Valle Central tends to be riper than those from New Zealand, often with more tropical fruit aromatics and slightly less herbaceous character.

The Santiago Sauvignon Blanc is a great enrty level wine and represents superb value.  Santiago delivers from the start, a full nose of ripe citrus, grapefruit and green apple. The palate is rounded yet fresh, the fruits from the nose in full evidence but with a hint of passion fruit and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Pair with white meats, light pasta dishes and seafood.
