A blend of Negroamaro 80% and Montepulciano 20% from Brindisi DOP Riserva. This wine is elegant and smooth thanks to some ageing in oak barrels.
On the nose are aromas of dark berries, plum and chocolate, which follow through to the palate, complimented by smooth rounded tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
Pair with spicy dishes, roast meats and mature cheeses.
