Made from a Marsanne (90%)Viognier (10%) blend, this  is a crisp and pleasing white from the pebble soils of the Languedoc coast near Beziers.
This pale straw wine has a nose of white flowers, honeysuckle, peach and apricots. This evocative bouquet follows through on the palate where ripe peach, apple and a hint of citrus can be found.
There is good balance between acidity and texture, leading to a fresh, zingy finish.
 
Pair with seafood salads, crab and poached salmon, green salads and chicken dishes.
