Produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, this deep, rich ripasso is an intense ruby red colour.
The nose has clear notes of red fruits with hints of vanilla and cocoa. Warm, velvety and round in mouth the fruits is full and deep with damson, plum and dark cherry. There is a hint of raisin sweetness which blends beautifully with the light warming spice. The finish is long and comforting .
 
Pair with slow cooked shin beef or roast meats.
