Made from grapes harvested in some of the best municipalities this blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara produces a seriously good wine.
Deep red with purplish highlights, the nose is intense and elegant with pleasant, warming notes of black cherry, cooked fruits and spice. The palate is warm and full, fruity and velvety smooth, with great structure and body. Rich flavours of dark cherry, raisin and plum are complimented by a hint of vanilla sweetness and spice, leading to a very long, warming finish. 
 
Pair with game, meats, rotisserie and well cured and aged cheeses.
