Produced from 40% Grechetto, 30% Procanico, 20% Vermentino and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, this classic Italian white is an absolute joy.
Fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to maintain freshness, this pale straw wine is alive with aromas of stone fruit and apple. The palate is slightly richer than expected. Notes of peach and baked apple, a very slight sweetness, but with good minerality and very well balanced acidity make this a very pleasing drink indeed.
Pair with white meats, seafood and summer salads.
