Deep Ruby red in colour, this 100% Garnacha is produced from vines over 50 years old, grown at an altitude of 600-700 meters in the Morales de Torro area.
The nose is complex and intense with blackcurrant and blackberry, lightened by floral hints of violet and lavender along with herbal and peppery tones.
The palate is an explosion of silky, mouthwatering fruit balanced with rounded tannins, toasted notes and hints of vanilla from the four months ageing in new American and French oak. 
 
Pair with Lamb and mature cheese.
