From the south facing slopes of Pattingham, Staffordshire, this English blush rosé is crafted from Solaris, Siegerrebe and Pinot Noir précoce grapes. An enticing pale pink - orange colour, the nose is packed full of summer fruits, raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant with a very slight toasted note and a zesty, fresh citrus finish.
 
Pair with light salads, simply cooked prawns or light fish dishes.
