From the Canelones region of Uruguay and made from an unusual blend of 60% Aromatic Traminer, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Moscato, this wine has a dark straw colour with a floral, slightly sweet ginger and citrus nose. On the palate it is rich and complex, starting with a slight floral sweetness, with notes of rose, candied fruits,  honey, ginger and toffee apple. The finish is fresher, with pear and citrus , great minerality and a very long finish.
Pair with lightly spiced dishes, white meats and even light deserts.
