Named after departement 34e - l'Hérault, Languedoc, this unusual blend of fifty/fifty Piquepoul and Roussanne is a fabulous summer quaffer.
Pale straw in colour, the nose is fresh with citrus, stone fruit, white flowers and a hint of creamy richness.
On the palate the grapes work wonderfully well together, the fresh citrus notes of the Piquepoul giving bright but balanced acidity and the Roussanne giving rich complexity and depth leading to a long, refreshing finish.
Pair with meaty fish, chicken and rich seafood.
