Made from Syrah, Grenache and Carignan grapes this wine is garnet red with deep, velvety purple reflections. 
On the nose it is fresh with casiss and notes of wild berries, followed by hints of licorice and violets. 
On the palate it is supple and balanced, more medium than full bodied, bursting with black currant and forest fruits, finishing with velvety tannins and a savory licorice note.
Pair with grilled meats, BBQ lamb or soft cheese.
