Made using Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Clairette grapes, this wine is beautiful  pale yellow colour with green hues.
The intense nose has white flowers, stone fruit and subtle hints of vanilla or caramel.
On the palate it is elegant and supple with a delicious stone fruit roundness, balanced with a fine citrus acidity and a hint of white pepper on the finish.
Pair with fish, seafood risotto or roast chicken.
