100% Chardonnay grapes are vinified for 6-8 weeks in 15% of new French oak barrels with the remainder in stainless steel. The wine is then blended and matured together in oak for a further 14-16 months to give a wonderfully expressive wine, showing lots of character with fresh minerality alongside vanilla, brioche and almond notes from the oak treatment.
