From Paso Robles in California, this Zinfandel is actually a blend, containing small amount of Petit Syrah, Petit Verdot & Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is full, floral and fruity with Plum, Raspberry and Redcurrant complimented with the floral aroma of Blueberry.
The palate is bold, yet soft, the fruits reflecting the nose and the tannins restrained and easy going, thanks to the malolactic fermentation and a touch of oak ageing.

Pair with Charcuterie, soft cheese, pizza and pasta dishes.
