Made from 100% Grechetto grapes, this is a dry white wine with good structure. Straw yellow in colour with evident green reflections, the nose is wonderfully intense with exotic fruits, pineapple and citrus. On the palate this is balanced by an acidic vein of minerality and slightly bitter almond finish.
Pair with cheese-based pasta dishes, spicy foods, roasted fish and seafood.
