This Cote du Rhone Villages is made from a blend of Grenache Noir (80%) & Syrah (20%) and is further enriched by the addition of selected barrel-aged wine from Sablet and Séguret. 
Deep ruby red in colour, the nose is packed to the brim with brambly black fruits, subtle oaky notes, sweet spice of star anise and a touch of cinnamon.
The palate reflects the nose, with black fruits, toasty oak and spice. The tannins are balanced and smooth, the fruit rich and luscious and finish long, warm and satisfying.
Pair with grilled meats, Pizza or Mushroom Ragoút.
