Made from 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and including about 20% reserve wines, the nose is complex with notes of white flowers, green apple and a fruity hint of peach. On the palate the wine is freshness, balanced, elegant and light, with a nice roundness, leading to a long and refreshing finish. Ideal with salmon gravlax or parmesan shavings.
