Another great quaffer, especially for summer, this blend of Laurel, Trajadura and Arinto from high altitude, coastal vineyards, is fermented at 25'c and has a little extra skin contact during fermentation.
This gives a Vinho Verde that has a little more body and structure, whilst maintaining the freshness and minerality you would expect from a green wine.
The nose is fresh and mineral with citrus hints and a grassy tone. The palate is generous, with green apple and citrus zing giving way to softer, slightly richer finsh.
Pair with salads, seafood or just drink on its own.

Wow, definitely one to bring out in the sunshine. Drank it on its own and very quaffable and easy to drink. I found it fresh, a slight frizzante feel and it gave me a lemon and lime and slight honey finish. A definite recommendation for a nice easy, enjoyable and fresh drink.
