A Puglian masterpiece, this blend of Primitivo and Negroamaro from 30 plus year old vines is fermented and aged in stainless steel.
Intense ruby red in colour, the nose is complex and inviting, with plum, blackberry and red currant fruits mingled with hints of spice, tobacco and chocolate.
The palate reflects the nose, tannins are well integrated, and restrained, giving this wine a very elegant feel. The finish is long, rich, smooth and warming.
 
Pair with Rich stews, roast red meats and venison.
