Made from 100% Fiano grapes grown in the Brindisi region and fermented in stainless steel before 3 months of lees ageing, this Fiano has a deep straw yellow colour and a nose of stone fruit, with orange and lime floral notes.
The palate is smooth and soft, with peach, apple and pear balanced with gentle acidity and a slightly saline note. 
 
Pair with roast pork, chicken and rich, creamy risotto.
