Made from 100% Shiraz ( Syrah ), this is a great example  of a strong, spicy Shiraz from south Australia.
The grapes are from three key areas Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale and Riverland, areas renowned for producing some of Australia's greatest Shiraz wines.
Deep ruby in colour and with purple highlights, this is a well balanced wine with a complex, rich and expressive leathery palate. There is a hint of smoky American oak running through the delightful blackcurrant, red and dark fruit notes, with soft tannins and excellent balance leading to a long finish with intense, savory flavours of dark chocolate and spice.
 
Pair with barbecued meats, spicy sausages or rich pasta dishes.
