This 100% Petit Verdot is dark red with shades of violet. The nose is  of rich, dark fruits with spicy aromas, menthol, and hints of vanilla and chocolate from the oak aging.
On the palate there is great depth of fruit and a complex warming richness with smooth tannins, and notes of spice, vanilla and chocolate.
Pair with red meats, lamb, spicy dishes and ripe cheeses.
