Produced using Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the north-eastern regions of Italy, specifically in Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli, this wine is pale straw in colour with green hues.
The nose is floral and fruity with notes of green apple and grapefruit. On the palate peach and nectarine accompany the apple and grapefruit  and there is a refreshing citrus acidity leaving a clean, white pepper finish.
Pair with fish and seafood or light salads and pasta.
