Beautifully presented, this 100% Tempranillo from Castilla y Leon is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, producing a complex and elegant wine.
The nose is full of fruits; Blackberry, Redcurrant, Cassis and Nectarine with subtle notes of spice, cocoa, toast and vanilla intertwined.
The palate is full, opulent, warming and intense, with dark fruits, cinnamon, liquorice and toasted notes. Tannins are refined and slightly sweet, giving a rich and smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and satisfying with a warming spice which lingers.
 
Pair with Roast meats, light game and mature cheeses.
