A fabulous summer wine from Castilla La Mancha in Spain, made from Abbuoto grapes, this is a real crowd pleaser and great party wine.
The colour is a fantastic pale yet vibrant pink, with fine bubbles and an enticing nose of summer fruits.
The palate is well balanced with cranberry, redcurrant, raspberry and strawberry flavours, the latter adding a hint of sweetness. The finish is suprisingly long, with the summer fruits lingering and leaving you wanting more!
Pair with seafood and shellfish, but this wine is perfect as a well chilled aperitif.

      A great summer drink

      Lovely light Strawberry flavours, fresh and dry on the palate. A great drink sat in the sunshine in the garden.
