Viura and Airen grapes combine to make this great summer fizz from Castilla La Mancha in Spain.
A pale yellow colour, there is a delicate nose of peach, green apple and pear and a slight hint of toast.
The bubbles are fine and light on the palate where stone fruit and green apple acidity balance well, leading to a textured finish.
Serve well chilled with fish / seafood or just as an aperitif.
