A superb white Burgundy, this 100% Aligoté is produced from grapes which undergo a malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged on lees in stainless steel and old oak for eight months.
The resulting wine is refined and elegant, with aromas of crisp apple, juicy pear and subtle almond. The palate is vibrant yet balanced, with controlled acidity, ripe fruit and a seductive, smooth texture, leading to a long, rich finish.
Pair with seafood, Plane Trees Farm soft goats cheese and herbal dishes.
