Produced from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and Provincia di Trento, this pale straw coloured wine has an intense nose of apple, pear and melon, with a touch of florality.
The palate is fresh and dry, with green apple and rich melon being complemented by a gentle, fresh acidity. The finish is fruity, dry and has a hint of white pepper spice.
Pair with white meats or seafood.
