A modern, "Super Tuscan" style red blend that offers exceptional value, it typically highlights Sangiovese blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This gives a wine which is approachable and fruit-forward, with the classic elegance of the Tuscan region.
Complex, and with multiple primary aromas of red fruit, wild rose, mint, black currant and licorice, there are also hints of wood resin and roasted coffee.
The palate is smooth and soft, with ripe cherry, blackberry and plum flavours combined with the sweetness of vanilla and cedar. This is balanced by delicate acidity and long finish.
