Straw yellow in colour, this is a bright, crisp, unoaked Chardonnay with a pleasing lemon, apple, limestone and slightly floral nose.
The palate is clean and fresh with citrusy lemon, apricot, peach and green apple. The wine is very well balanced with good minerality, fruit and gentle acidity leading to a developing finish which is definately moreish!
 
Pair with seafood, chicken and white meats.
