The Insolia grapes for this wine are manually selected in the Nordic microclimate of Ficuzza, Cusumano’s largest vineyard, located in Northern Sicily.
Light straw in colour, the nose is filled with soft aromas of apples, pears, white flowers and a delicate herbal note.
On the palate the refreshing flavors of apples and pears mingle with hints of citrus zest which linger to give a harmonious balance. #
Pairs with lighter dishes such as salads or seafood.
