This wine is naturally fermented in 600 litre French oak barrels, the Chenin is from old, low yielding vines in Franschhoek and the Grenache Blanc from younger, more productive vines in Paarl.

The result is a wine with freshness, structure and also some texture.

The nose is warm and fruity, with mineral notes and Jasmin florality. The palate is pear, apple and tropical fruits, with floral hints and a delicate touch of white pepper on the long , fresh and satisfying finish.

Pair with lightly spiced dishes, chicken and soft cheese.

      What a lovely Christmas present

Opened in error by the other half .. so had to get in quickly to enjoy it and enjoy it we did! Great aromas and quite a complex taste with depth of flavour .. loved it.
