Pale straw in colour, the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has a nose full of stone fruit, goosberry and grass. The palate is bright and fresh, slightly rounded,  with added notes of elderflower and citrus.
The finish is elegant and savory, the acidity well controlled and balanced.
Pair with white meats or creamy pasta dishes.
