Produced in Spain and bottled in France, 100% Airen grapes are night-harvested to preserve the freshness and optimise the quality of this simple but charming wine.
A nose of lemon, tropical fruit and white flowers, the fruit following through on palate, with good acidity which then becomes rounder and broader.
This is definately a quaffer but also matches well with stuffed aubergines, white fish ‘en papillote’ or even an apricot tart!
