Mid red with a crimson hue, the nose is full of mouth watering summer berries, red currant, cherry, raspberry and strawberry, with a slight peppery note. The wine is smooth on the palate, with those berry flavours evident along with notes of violets, rhubarb and vanilla. The tannins are slightly softened, giving a pleasing finish and length.
