When you think of Australia and New Zealand, four grape varieties come to mind: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. It would remiss of us to exclude these from our first ever antipodean tasting, but there is so much more variety available from these great wine producing regions. We have added three wines to the tasting which perfectly demonstrate this.
