Straw-yellow in colour with an elegantly floral bouquet of peach, acacia and jasmine.
The grapes are gently pressed and given four hours of skin contact before being left to ferment with natural yeasts. Lees ageing helps to develop complexity, texture, and structure, resulting in a wine with a nose of exotic fruit such as peach, citrus zest, and golden apple.
The Palate is dry, slightly rich, yet fresh with melon, pear and peach. This is balanced by a fresh, mineral backbone and bright acidity, with further hints of wild herbs and a touch of almond.
Pair with fish, shellfish, chicken, pork and veal dishes or creamy risotto.
