Made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes, this Amarone is a real heavyweight.
Deep ruby in colour with a rich bouquet of plums, blackberries and cherry syrup and spicy nuances, reflecting the concentrated sugars resulting from the process of drying the grapes.
The palate of intense fruit is dry but very mellow, with clearly defined acidity and well-balanced tannins, which offset the high alcohol, giving great balance and elegance.
Pair with red meat, game and mature cheese or even serve as a dessert wine with a hazelnut cake.
