Made using 100% Chardonnay grapes, hand harvested at night and aged in 100 % French oak barrels for six months on its lees, this wine has intense fruit aromas of ripe apricot, pineapple and lime, with delicate floral notes and hints of vanilla.
On the palate it is full, fresh and harmonious, with perfectly balanced acidity. The oak is well integrated with the fruit, making it a round and pleasing wine with a lengthy finish.
Pair with fish and seafood, vegetables and poultry.
