Made from grapes grown in the Ribiera region of Spain in granite / sandy soils at an altitude of around 300m, this wine is a clean and fresh expression of the grape variety. The nose and palate are fresh and vibrant, with green apple, pear, lemon zest and a hint of white stone fruit, making the refreshing and mouthwatering. The finish is slighly rounded with a delicate floral touch and the slightest hint of white pepper.
