Made from grapes grown in vineyards at 900m altitude in the Castilla y Leon region, this Syrah Tempranillo blend packs a punch!  The nose is vibrant, slightly earthy, but full of cherry, blackcurrant and a hint of black pepper spice.
On the palate it is full and round, thanks to the minimum 6 months ageing in oak barrica.The tannins are supple and smooth, allowing the cassis, plum and red fruit notes to really shine. There is a subtle hint of herbs on the finish, which is long and slightly spiced.
ABV 14.5%
Pairs well with roasted meats and winter stews.
